Bridge Staffing pays you to relocate to your assignment within one week of arrival to your travel destination.

Guaranteed Hours

Bridge Staffing guarantees you 72 hours pay during a two week period if cancelled by the hospital. However, if you call in sick or request time off during the same pay period, you are not eligible for guarantee hours.

Housing

Bridge Staffing provides luxurious housing and furnished to our healthcare travelers. Our housing coordinators can set up housing to meet your individual needs whether it is traveling with your family, friends or pets. Bridge Staffing travelers have the option of : Free Private housing, or taking a weekly housing allowance.

Free Housing Between Assignments

When you live in Bridge Staffing accommodations and your contracts are in the same city or hospital, we will pay for one full week of housing between your 13 week assignments.

Utilities

Bridge Staffing organizes the set up of electric, gas and water services for your apartment prior to your arrival. Bridge Staffing will pay $75 per month toward these services through the duration of your assignment.

Major Medical Insurance

We offer travelers free single major medical insurance through a national insurance carrier with coverage beginning on the first day of your employment. This policy includes optional spouse or family coverage. The policy includes prescription drug coverage, preventative treatment as well as covering emergency room visits and hospitalization.

Dental Insurance

Bridge Staffing offers travelers dental insurance through a national insurance carrier and and provides a choice of plans for single or family coverage.

Licensure Assistance & Reimbursement

Receive up to $100 licensure reimbursement for the State in which you are assigned with Bridge Staffing. We also support healthcare professionals by providing guidance through each State’s licensure process.

Education Reimbursement & Assistance

Bridge Staffing reimburses you $25 for each 13 week assignment to assist with CEU’s courses and certifications. We assist healthcare professionals by locating classes and courses to provide you with continuing education support.

Meals and Incidentals Allowance

(Tax Advantage Plan) While on temporary work assignment for us, you can increase your take-home pay through the meals and incidentals program. To qualify for this program you must have proof of a permanent address at least 50 miles from your temporary assignment address. When you maintain a separate temporary residence in addition to your permanent address, the government recognizes that you have a duplication of expenses and offers you a tax break.

Referral Bonuses

Earn $500 for your first referral of a healthcare professional to Bridge Staffing; after they have worked for us for one month. Each additional referral will pay you $700 after they have worked for one month. Earn $350 for referring client hospitals that result in a new signed contract and placement of a healthcare professional.
